General Information

  • You are purchasing the digital file.

  • I reserve the right to increase the price.

  • I reserve the right to cancel your commission if there are any problems on my end or between us.

  • Depending on the resolution or clarity of the reference provided, details may be changed slightly due to the way I see them to be.

  • You reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. Please review the "Refund" section about any cancellation fees.

  • If you are commissioning me for "Commercial Use", please consult with me on that as there will be a fee.

Copy Rights & Usage Policy

I reserve the right to use the produced work as I please;

  • Post/Display it on any of my social medias

  • Use it in my portfolio.

As the Commissioner you reserve the rights too;

  • Repost the watermarked version of your commission and credit me.

  • Use it as decoration on any social media platforms you may be on. Ie: banners, profile pics

  • Ask me to not post your commission, I totally respect it if you want to keep it Private.

You are NOT ALLOWED to

  • Trace or make changes to my art without my permission

  • Print or Reproduce my art without consulting me first.

  • Take credit for my artwork

Payment

  • I only accept payment through Paypal

  • Payment is required prior to receiving your commission.

  • Prices are in USD

My Work Process

  • Wait times are anywhere from 1-5 weeks. Depending on my commission queue.

  • You will be contacted about any delays in your commission. Ie: I get sick or something.

  • You can request updates and screenshots of the progress on your commission.

  • If you need your commission done by a certain date, you may be charged a "rush fee". Please talk to me about it before I accept your commission.

Refund Policy

  • If the commission has not yet been started and you wish to Cancel your commission, I will refund you 100%. If you cancel the commission AFTER I've started the commission, you will only be refunded 50%.

  • You have no right to demand a full refund from me at any given point.

  • If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, you lose the rights to the drawing or anything else I've created for you and I reserve the rights to sell or use your commission(s) as I wish.

  • Any kind of Harassment or neglect towards me will have you reported and listed on my black list.

Complex/Detailed Designs

  • Any characters with a complex/detailed design will require an extra charge to cover the extra time it will take to get the details drawn.

Additional Pets or Accessories

  • If you would like your character to be drawn with an animal, weapon or any other kind of accessory, an extra charge will be required.
